For DHCP DSL subscribers
1. You'll just have to restart your modem to get a new IP from your ISP
2. After the rebooting of the modem you'll be getting a new IP address from your ISP
3. Then reload the video link and skip it to the part where you left off. That's It!
For STATIC IP DSL subscribers
You cannot change IP address even if you restart your modem.
What you need to do is to use a Proxy or Hide IP apps. Use google to find those apps...
